Jasc Paint Shop Pro ![]() We are going to make take this image of myself and use it to make a simple vector. 1. Open a new image in Jasc Paint Shop Pro. 2. Click on the pucket tool. and choose the Color option.3. Color the image. Here I used a light purple. 4. Now go to COLORS, then to Decrease Color Depth, and decrease the color depth of your image to 16 colors. Now all you have to do now is smooth it out. 6. Take the brush tool , and select an area and smooth out the eadges so they are more clean.After you finsihed cleaning up the image, there it is you have made a simple vector. Adobe Photo Shop You can follow the same steps from the Jasc Paint Shop Pro method and it will work fine in Adobe. ![]() There is another way you can make a simple vector in Adobe. It is a little faster. 1. Follow the steps 1-3 up above. You image should have been colored by the bucket tool. 2. Go to Filter then go to Artistic and go to Cutout. This is what you should see. Number of Levels - 8 Edge Simplicity - 0 Edge Fidelity - 2 [sometimes you might have to play with these settings depending on the image] 6.
